City Team San Jose needs turkeys/chickens now
In case this news hasn't gotten around to you, yet, City Team San Jose has an emergency shortage of turkeys and chickens that they will use to provide free meals. See below for details:

Recent blessings
Long time no blog. Really, when
blindman says he hasn't blogged for a while, he usually means days. For me, I mean months. :-) I have lots of pictures to post, but these will come soon. First, I'll list some recent--or not so recent--blessings:
- Group lunch and go-karting with my coworkers
- Seeing my parents, uncle, aunt, and cousin in Canada
- Singing in and leading the Kenaniah Choir - you guys are a blessing!
- Playing on worship for the worship and prayer Sunday
- Learning how to be intimate with God in community studies
- Learning different spiritual disciplines in S unday school
- Feeling loved because of several birthday celebrations--thanks to all!
- Thoughtful birthday presents from Summer, Lisa, Daniel, and Sandy
- Celebrating Chris's and Joy's birthdays
- Running my first 10k race and finishing
- Finishing a 5k under 30 minutes on Sunday
- My many good friendships
- Running with my friends
- Biking from Mountain View to Palo Alto and back on the last day with daylight-saving time
- Finishing up my project at work on time
- Being able to care for a friend
- Watching Lost at Karen's
- Carpooling with Byron, Andrew, and Dara
- My roommates Bob and Chris

- Catching up with Walter
- My good managers at work
- Daniel playing the piano at choir practice
- Opportunity to serve as a deacon

- Escaping an accident unharmed and with little damage to my car

- Being able to go home to see my parents for over three weeks this Christmas
